Attack of the moe blob

... I did this yesterday for fun... Moe blob is sort of guilty pleasure, and I watch a decent amount of artist who do styles like this because its just so sickeningly cute I can't help but love it. Don't worry I'm not going full moe blob on you though I may pop one out every once in a while.

Newer character she's part chinese dragon, part western dragon, and part some kind of bird.
